CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customer Service is available Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm.

Submit Order Status Inquiries through our Customer Service webpage (click here). 

 

DELIVERY

Delivery is available by referral through an independent service or shipping company.

Order totals do not include delivery.

Charge for delivery is paid separately by purchaser directly to outside service when delivered.

Rates vary for location, number of items, stairs or other considerations.

Most deliveries include delivery and setup in your home or office.

Delivery Services also move existing items for an additional fee.

Very important, carefully measure entryways, hallways & spaces, furniture is not returnable.

 

ORDER CHANGES

Changes to open orders must be submitted within three (3) days of invoice date

either in person by initialing changes on order or in writing by email at info@larrystjohn.com.

Verbal changes by phone are not accepted.

Changes are approved by customer service or your sales associate.

 

STORAGE FEES, UNCLAIMED & ABANDONED MERCHANDISE

Storage fees for merchandise start fifteen (15) days from date of arrival at our warehouse.

Purchaser is notified of arrival of merchandise at phone number and email address on order.

Customer Service will approve requests for furniture to be warehoused for up to thirty (30) days.

Merchandise unclaimed after storage fees equal deposit amount and or order total

is considered abandoned and store credit or refunds will not be issued.

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges are not an option

as furniture is custom ordered to your specifications.

Very important, carefully measure entryways, hallways & spaces, furniture is not returnable.

 

CUSTOMER PICK-UPS

Furniture pick-ups by appointment only available each half hour, 7 days, 10:30am to 4:30pm

and scheduled through customer service.

Pick-up address is 17021 S Broadway Gardena CA 90248.

We assist loading into open vehicles only.

Please bring blankets for added protection.

Please bring tie downs.

Purchaser responsible for securing merchandise in their vehicle.
